winter 2026
I want to stay away from writing about Heidegger, which is scholastic; but I let myself get drawn into a dispute, resulting in my provocatively titled “beyond ‘God’: danger of authentic life” for an online discussion group. It may be useful for anyone who believes that Heidegger is anti-theological. He’s anti-dogmatism. The discussion is a distraction from working to derive a better sense of literary activity, which will be added to my February discussions soon.

So, I’m “on the road again” (Willie Nelson) of literary venturing—more post cards home, coming soon.

Musing about literary sensibility is next. Where that’ll go I do not know.
